Challenge
The program had a well-established content infrastructure — hundreds of webinars organized by category — but the interface didn't reflect the institution's authority or scale. A complete system redesign was needed, covering every screen from login to checkout, with strict adherence to Rutgers' brand manual including color palette, typography, and web visual guidelines.
Objective
Design all screens of the webinar system: login, category-based catalog, webinar detail pages, user profile, and the full purchase flow with an external payment gateway. The work involved close collaboration with the development team, serving as the visual design lead and reference throughout the entire implementation process.
Results
A cohesive, scalable design system was delivered, fully aligned with Rutgers University's visual identity. Every screen was designed from scratch, enabling the development team to integrate dynamic content efficiently. The outcome: a professional platform that reflects the authority of the largest CE program for social workers in the United States.
